180 nose plant:
skate up to a bench of something flat that is at least 11/2 feet off the ground
ollie your nose up on the bench
Place your front foot on the nose of your board and make sure you press on it firmly so it won't move
Spin your back foot (with the board) around the front end of your board just untill it is a few inches from the bench
Jump off the bench and land it.

No ollie Nose grind:
Ride with your front foot on the nose and your back foot on the tail at a rail that is any where from 1/2 inch to 5 inches, off the ground
Once you are close to the rail pick up your nose (With the front foot still on it) and turn the front of the board towards the rail
Now set the front truck downon the rail and transfer your weight to your front foot (at the same time)
You will now be locked into a nose grind.

Kick flip:
To do this trick you have to place you feet like the ollies and pop the tail
Kick your front foot off the side of your deck and make it spin
let it spin once and land it
